Operations Director

Grupo Constant, a company specialized in Human Resources, through its HR & Training business area, is recruiting a Operations Director (M/F) for a client who are a Hospitality Leading business, in Lisbon.

Descrição:

Prepare monthly and weekly reports for the Managing Director, with operational and
financial KPI’s of each residence in Portugal;
Directly manage the different residence managers at a national level, giving support and
doing periodic visits to each residence;
Ensure the proper functioning of residences;
Negotiation of contracts with suppliers;
Monitoring of financial aspects, monthly budgets, capex together with each manager;
Support to the marketing department by implementing promotional activities and
ensuring optimal commercialization of the establishments
Ensuring that the operations are compliant with all national rules and regulations;
Prompt escalation of important issues to the Managing Director, relating to the
operations, student safety or financial performance of each residence;

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in hotel management or similar;
Professional experience in similar functions;
Experience in managing and motivating teams;
Strong knowledge of financial management and operational coordination.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
Good communication skills, attention to detail.
Collaborative, Pragmatic, Positive;
Learning-oriented and intellectually curious;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
